This burrito was so satisfying and delicious. I wasn't a big fan of the sauce to begin with when I tried it, because the flavors are so balanced in the krunch wrap by itself that it's just not needed. I am once again imploring anyone who comes across this food truck to GET THE KRUNCH WRAP. We look forward to you trying the best food truck in LA.

The hot sauce pairing was also amazing.When you talk about having quick great food truck food, this is the home run you hope to run into!! Their food is a Mexican of Mexican and Peruvian and the flavor combinations are outta this world. The flavors are bold and full of depth! The meat isn't super tender, and was a little on the tough side for the Lomo Saltado, but the flavors are all on point!

This is a very promising food truck. The lomo burrito was inspired by Pervuian lomo saltado, a stir fry dish made with sirloin. I ordered from the truck at a heuvo Track7 Brewing, grabbing some chamoy wings and a lomo burrito. Very intriguing Mex/Latin fusion food truck.

As mentioned before, ‘ahuevo’ can also be used to build affirmative sentences. In this context, this expression could be translated as ‘heck, yeah’, ‘of course’ or ‘yes’. As mentioned before, this slang expression is only used in very casual contexts. In this case, there’s no direct translation for ‘ahuevo’.

After eating their food I found out it is much more. They don't skimp on portions or flavor so it's worth it. It's got a wonderful smoky flavor that pairs well with a number of dishes.

I DO NOT understand some of the bad reviews I read from people. I've been to multiple food trucks in different states and out of the country as well. Wow, let me start by saying that this is by far one of the best food trucks I've ever ate at. The street tacos were delicious.
